Study And Developement On Secured E-Mail System Based On IPv6

With the rapid development of Internet, more and more computers are turned to be one member of it,and the address resource of IPv4 is drying up day after day. So the application and generalizing of IPv6 become more and more important. Because E-Mail is one of the most important methods used for communication on Internet,the application and secure research based on IPv6 of it is seriously attention by many users and developers.The theory of developing E-Mail system with security based on IPv6 has been deeply researched. The function of sending, receiving, encrypting, decrypting,signing,verifying E-Mail based on IPv6 is essentially realized.The system also inosculates thefunction about the management of key's certification of PGP.It provides the E-Mail users end-to-end security services, realizes security such as confidentiality, integrity, sender and receiver's identification and non-reputation during the transfering process of e-mail.Based on the analysis of E-Mail protocol and PGP protocol and IPv6, the design of the whole system and the structure and developing thinging of every module are elaborated.The content of E-Mail protocol, the implementation and principle of PGP security service, the principle of IPv6 are set forth. In addition, the implementation of the secure E-Mail system is elaborated.
