| With its fast development in the last ten years, networking technology has put tremendous effects on the way people handle information, such as the groundwork of network communication as well as the research and application of network computing. Meanwhile, it also expands and improves the means of resolving traditional problems.The extraction and import of domain data is a problem that hasn't been resolved efficiently. Databases in the same domain or between domains are always similar in some degree, while specific organization preferred to select the suitable networking database and platform of operation system. Previous measures of solving such problems are simpler and less-applicable because the application system wouldn't apply to a wild area. Considering the given difficulties, we decided that it needs to solve two big problems: one is making out the mapping mechanism between different databases, the other is to accomplish the mass data transportation over network.In this thesis, we take the Information Administration System of National Irrigation District as a background, introducing Web Service technology to design Web service-based model of domain data extraction and importation to handle information exchange and sharing within irrigation districts based on the huge research on the internet techniques such as XML SOAP Web Service.The model we designed enables users to customize data structure mapping between source database and target database in local machine through getting the structure image of source database and transports it to remote server before converting it to XML formatted which is better for internet transportation. As long as the remote server offers the corresponding data extraction and importation service, the whole process will accomplish.I believe that my thesis will have some value for the future research on the new model of databases mapping mechanism and provide certain deployment value and application significance for Web Service.
