Research On Platform Of Multimedia Online Teaching And The Realization In Machine Design

In this paper, the design method of computer aided teaching system based on Web and Database is studied. Based on it, a teaching platform of machine design course is developed, and it can also be applied to others relative online course and distance teaching system.On the design of the material library, the concept of micro-unit material that all kinds of materials are turned into micro units is introduced, and the advantage of using this micro-unit in the dynamic design and auto generation of the courseware is very obvious.During the periods of developing, a thought of the courseware dynamic design & auto generation based on material library is brought up, and to fulfill these functions, the technologies of ASP, JavaScript and SQL Server are applied to programming.At the same time, as a new teaching platform of computer multimedia network course, this system supports all kinds of media formats including the multimedia materials. By analyzing the media transmission method in Internet, a solution to mixed multimedia on net is formed.After the research on the design of computer teaching platform, the design of the material library construction and the courseware dynamic design & auto generation, the requirement of this software system is described, and main algorithm is also analyzed. The difficulties and solution in the design process are introduced.
