With the increasing of National Economy, the improving of the people's living standard and the frequent international intercourse, it has become an important part to go out for traveling in the daily life. While the improvement of traffic status brings people conveniences and choices, a lot of problems accompanying with it too, For example, how to select a satisfied route, transfer station and scheduler etc.Civil Aviation Routing Query System (CARQS) was developed by analyzing, contrasting and researching the diversified shortest-path algorithms, based on the Knowledge Expression, Knowledge Library theory and Machine learning in the field of Artificial Intelligence. This enquiry system can give traveler the greatest introduction about lane, flight and mid-turning according to some evaluating criterion in the range of civil aviation, and make the traveler feel convenient, fast, safe, comfortable and economy.A distinctive and feasible strategy was proposed by analyzing and researching the whole design of the system, the frame, and the function modules carefully.A technology and method of Database was put forward to organize and manage the knowledge of CARQS via investigating and analyzing the repository and related theory, comparing the characteristic of repository and database. A Frame representation was chosen to express the knowledge of CARQS, and C++ was used to define the data structure. Aiming at the design objective of system, Rote learning was chosen to improve the performance.Chapter four discussed how the Dijkstra's arithmetic was ameliorated. At first, heuristic information was used to prune lane and then planning result information was introduced to improve the speed of planning.Chapter five introduced how the function modules were designed and realized in detail, and the run results of the operation system were presented.
