Technical Research Of The Network Security And Applying In Engineering Construction

With the rapid development of Internet, the information resource can be shared freely. But at the same time, the information system also faces the high risk of network hacking. It is reported that almost 80% big firms have been suffered by files stolen or information used arbitrarily. On the one hand, the system security appear more and more important, the stolen of information or service disruption will cause great lose, on the other hand, the hacking to the network security has become more and more serious too. So something must be done to protect our network and reduce lose.By studying the theory of network security and some practical case, this thesis proposes a total security solution for a large area and multi-level IP network.This thesis is based on the international standard such as ISO 15408 and BS 7799 to work over network security. After introducing some network security concepts briefly, It also explains the fact of security technology development, the whole object of the network security and the contents of the security design. It discusses some strong network structure and advanced technology, especially does some detailed study to the key technology such as anti-virus, leak scan, intrusion detection, firewall, authorize and system redundancy, etc. It also evaluates a large area- operating network practically by adopting some advanced technology. Base on the conclusions of this thesis, we put these solutions in practice on a large, multi-level IP network and gain a satisfied effect: First, the integration of the special network for authorizing and CA authorizing technology will improve the system security and the rate of connection. Second, the inter-active of intrusion detection and firewall will enhance the activity. Third, the deployment of network anti-virus system will enhance the ability of anti virus. Third, by the integration of multi-measure, it will provide a total solution to a multi-level and complex IP network. At last but no least, through the implement of the network security total solution, our network has been evaluated the most secure network among the China Telecom networks.
