Research On The Online Analysis And Fault Diagnosis System For Thermal Control System

The paper is finished based on the technological project "The Research of Fault Diagnosis for Thermal Autocontrol System" of the Hunan Electric Power Company. In the applied viewpoints, data acquisition, diagnosis policy, method, user interface and so on, which is involved in analysis online and fault diagnosis, are discussed in the thermal control system of the power plant. In the first, data acquisition, the diagnosis of the representative actuator faults and the closed analysis of the control system are discussed; then the contents of the "Thermal Control System Analysis online and Fault diagnosis System" particularly are described. These contents include the constitution of the software and the hardware, design project, software development, system's functions and the applications on the spot, and so on.
