The paper are based on the engineering of KISCO strip (Kunming iron & steel group Co.ltd.). We all know that we must acknowledge the technics of control system, then we could control and design whole producing process, so in third chapter we express the engineering of KISCO strip particularly and introduce its technics, producing model and function application. Then there are well technological foundations for following chapter. Because of optimizing its control system, so first we mention a amending algorithm to referring the model of the extract millings iron force based the aims and the tasks of optimizing design, then reduce an applicable forecast algorithm based forecasting and simulating. So we have a lot of discussion as follows.A measure of modeling a plant is required if we can control a plant efficiently, and we know the traditional method of modeling is the mechanism mathematical model of a given plant. Because every plant is very complex, it is very difficult to model the mechanism model, although we could model an exactly mathematical based on given conditions, it isn't applicable for altering the conditions, so the necessary method of resolving question is not all dependent the mathematical model.Yearly, people find a new method for resolving complex questions based on intelligent control. Intelligent control includes some mostly sections for example neural networks, genetic algorithms and expert system etc. Since human thinking has exactly, consecutive and deriving qualities, human can recognize and observe the world exactly. Intelligent control resolve question based on simulating human's thinking activities using the computer with high speed and exacting quality, it is a bionics concept. Commonly, it is difficult to prove the convergence of intelligent control, so it isn't realism for abandoning all the mechanism model, now we discuss the intelligent control based on the mechanism model currently. For a complex question, the intelligent control introducing yearly not answer for real-time condition in control system. So it is needed to mention or alter new intelligent algorithms.This paper put forward an applicable algorithm for industry control system based on upwards discussion, an iron force forecast algorithm based on distributed fusion genetic algorithm (DFGA). In second chapter, we chiefly express simply rationale of general genetic algorithm and simply algorithm foundation, then in fourth chapter, introducing the rationale of the distributed fusion genetic algorithm and model structure. Becausethis paper is only a introducing assumption and simply application, it is not to prove the convergence of algorithm, and we must have work to do continuously.
