With the rapid development of the computer technology, the traditional product design methods have already not contented with the individuation design for the special clients' particular requirements. Because of the conflict between the up to date manufacturing methods and traditional design methods arouse the "bottleneck" of design in the modern manufacturing. The design became the most expensive phrase in current advanced manufacturing enterprise, so the research of digital product intelligent design is an urgent research field. After classifying and analyzing the disadvantages of the creative design, such as the design localization and the lower information integration, provide a new innovative method which is based on the gene engineering knowledge model. It provide a gene based coding style method expressing the key information of the mold with the especial meaning including the geometry, material and machining parameters, At the same time, we use these codes to study the product innovative design method and wish to solve the problems such as rapid molding, innovative molding and information integration among the different CAD, CAE, CAM etc. information platforms.In this paper, the seven hypotheses are presented by the research of former product creative designing methods. Based on these hypotheses, we realize Computer Aided Innovative Design by adopting the idea of full process-oriented stepwise precision solution and applying constraint analysis of motion freedom and matrix operation of feature attributes.Firstly, put forward information gene coding with especial semantics for feature of component classing by using gene technique.Then, innovatively operate design modeling with stepwise precision method by using freedom aggregation matrix and feature attributes aggregation matrix.At last, give a modeling example by using the information gene innovative design method put forwarded here, Evaluating best model with fuzzy evaluation of specialist system.
