Modeling is the procedure to obtain the mathematical model based onsimplifying the actual problems. There are wide applications for modeling. So themodeling method is chosen as the research subject in this paper. Based on thetraditional method of modeling, the Rough Set theory and neural network are appliedto investigate the method of modeling in this paper, And the modeling method is triedto solve the problems of predicting the Gas Emission. This paper is divided into 6 chapters. The first chapter introduces the concept ofMathematics Model and its development. Chapter 2 presents the principles ofTraditional Mathematics Modeling. Chapter 3 discusses how the IntelligenceModeling is put in the Rough Set Theory and Neural Network. Data EnrichingAlgorithm, the Clustering Algorithm that is for the purpose of extending the RoughSet Theory application, and application of Neural Network in Intelligence Modelingare introduced in detail. There are some algorithm examples in the end of thischapter. In chapter 4, it discusses how Rough Set Theory and Neural Network applyto Gas Emission Prediction. The development of the Intelligence Modeling SoftwareSystem is presented in chapter 5. The software system includes the interface ofdatabase port, the module of traditional modeling, the module of clustering anddiscreteness of continuous attributes, the module data enriching and the module ofANN modeling...
