Research On StandarDs Of E-Gov Support Technology

With the development of information technology, e-Gov is developing more and more quickly. Electronic government operation with e-Gov as a core, a systematic project, is a critical way to push the national economy forward. As well, it is an important aspect in national information growth area. Therefore, standardization, as the main means to support e-Gov development, is the precondition to realize communication, information share, business cooperation, safety and credibility of e-Gov system. Since the e-Gov has various kinds and its standardization is not consistent at present, the standardization of e-Gov is more and more important. Aimed at this situation, this article focuses on studying the standard technology reference model on support level, and analyzes the technology and infrastructure of support level, after studying the problems and requirements of our present e-Gov status and referring to our standard e-Gov reference model. Based on the standard technology reference model, it presents a standard system for support level. On the basis of analysing XML applications on support level, integrated with the specific requirements of e-Gov system, this article emphasizes on the study of data interchange of support level. At the same time, it gives a technology solution for data interchange in the use of XML. With the study results, the author designs a standardization support tool which is a middleware based on XML data interchange, realizes this technology reference model, achieves the conversion between XML format and relation format according to the conversion rules and interpreted execution methods of SPDL programming, and unifies the data interface and conversion of different data formats. This will do a great favor to the implementation of e-Gov standard. The standardization of e-Gov will be the basic for e-Gov system to realize the inter-communication, information share, business cooperation, safety and credibility. It can help to protect the existing various applications and data resources, save the invests of governments, reduces the repeated constructions and gives guidance to the future development of e-Gov. The study results of this article can be thought of as one reference solution for the standard judgements and supplies a proof for developers to standardize their products, improveproducts' quality and boost the interoperation of systems.
