The Real-time Data Collection-management Net System Of Steel Sampling And Analysis

Multi-laboratory Center of Pangang is worked for production of steel-making factory. Many producing processes, such as desulfurize ,extracting-vanadium,steel-marking,refine out ladle (LF,RH),caster etc, need directing and controlling by sampling and analysis, in order to get chemical composition information of molten iron,semisteel,molten steel,vanadium slag and slag and develop producing. The kinds and amount of analytic machines in Multi-laboratory Center is large, interfaces are complex, and the system is discrete. Therefore, analytic data should to be collected really, treated on line, managed concentrated, and transmitted to every operational locale fast, efficiently, steadily and unfailingly. To suit with development of market, improve quality of product and prepare for the third construction of full continuing caster in Pangang, I give my suggestions of changing the original transmitting system of sampling analysis into real data collection-management net system of steel sampling and analysis .The author is the prime principal of this project.This real time data collection-management net system is integrated with existing systems, for instance desulfurize ,extracting-vanadium process-computer system,steel-making ladle process-computer system and continuing caster process-computer system, and transmit producing sampling data to molds of computers which are in every producing process so as to develop the process of production.Based on the development of modern controlling technology and application of net technology, firstly, this paper special analyzes elementary factor of steel sample and the method of gether real data of steel sample analysis; analyzes the design of timely database and configuration of local net TCP/IP and agreement of communication. Secondly, this paper mainly explains the form of configuration of data transmitting timely, and the functions and characters of the design of this system's software. In the meantime, it introduces in details the main controlling functions of the controlling system, such as the collection of sampling analysis data,spectral analysis data composed and managed ,real time database realize ,caster's process-computer DEC VAX system real time communicate process and maintained and managed function of system database etc. analyzed and settled the problems of control system in debugging and producing .The success of rebuild the real time data collection-management net system of steel sample analysis will bring well economic and social benefit. On the other side, to make thedata of analysis and sample of steel sample to be forms of digital and network will place a base to information management of testing data.
