The dissertation gives the theoretical and simulation analysis about acoustic signal processing based on Underwater Targets Tracking System (UTTS), and also gives the design of engineering software and hardware.The main task of acoustic signal processing block is to receive and process acoustic signal, select valid distance and depth pulses, and estimate pulse's frequentcy, time delay and so on.In the article, the construct of the optical receiver is analysed and according to the trait of buoy signal processing, the engineering substitute structure-Notch filter and VIFD detector combined signal processing is devised, with detecting and estimating in the same time.In the aspect of engineering devise, the kernel is the design of hardware and DSP signal processing software, the emphases is focused on the low power, anti-interference, tiny volume, high reliability and so on.Through lab simulator test, lake and sea trial, the module satisfies system's require and can work reliably and continuously.
