Along with the society's development and technique's exaltation, all enterprises are all making an innovation. Main mission that enterprise developing the market faced is no longer continuously pursued the quantity of product, and it has not any problem from technique. Any enterprise likes and has the ability to offer high-quality product. The competition among enterprises has transferred pursuing quality to strive client. How to keep old client, develop new client, it is a new problem enterprise faced. And it is a problem CRM (Client Relationship Manage) faced.As an enterprise, it owns a lot of Client's information. But finding useable resource is not a easy thing from the mass data. So All enterprises begin to quest the support of technique, it is Data Mining. Data Mining is acquire and mine knowledge from mass data.Microsoft Analysis Service is a Microsoft's middle layer server of OLAP and Data Mining. It include a server of manage analytic data's cube and provider application smart access these cubes. Microsoft's Analysis Service builds data from Data Warehouse to Multi-dimension data with pretreatment cluster data, so it cans provider efficient response of complex query. Analysis Service also allows creating model of data mining from data source of OLAP and relation, and applies it to these data sources.Analysis Service provider plenty of program interface, and assist user to do use the Analysis Service resource. There is also a component named PivotTable Service, and communicate with Analysis Service server. All client application must exchange data with Analysis Service server through the component. In addition, PivotTable service also provide most function of Analysis Service to application, so the application uses it to analysis data at the state of offline.The paper tries to give a model of enterprise's CRM. It is Createenterprise's CRM system based on Data Mining technique with Microsoft's OLAP and Data Mining. In the paper, it will give a DEMO program to explain the model.The full text is divided into two parts: The first part introduces relative technique. The main content are the simple theory of CRM, Data Mining Theory, Microsoft's Analysis Service, program interface of Analysis Service and the necessary environment executing these applications; The second part mainly introduces the DEMO program. It include analysis of demand, module of function, operate interface.
