In industry production process, a class of complicated temperature object (CTO), which has many characters such as highly time-delay, nonlinear, time-varying and variable parameters, is universal. In order to research it, a complicated temperature physical simulation system and on-line measure and control system is presented and developed in this paper; A controlled object model with the character of time-varying is set up by making use of MATLAB software; Based on the time-varying controlled object, an Dynamic Matrix Control algorithm with error correction is presented.The simulation demonstrate that the improved DMC is better than the ordinary DMC in control effect.
