Based on the SCI data, the paper exerted both qualitative and quantitative analysis to compare the research direction and guideline, manpower, outlay, research output and management etc. of the objected institutes and evaluated their level of research. Regarded the paper and citation as two basic evaluate indicators, the paper classified them by the manpower and subject, computed their average value and got some other indicators like the output per person, citation per paper etc. to measure the average level of output and force of the institutes. Moreover, the paper imported the average citation rate of the periodicals and different subjects as reference indicators, supplemented a serious of trend analysis, review the evolvement cases of the output and force of paper in various institutes.
