| The Internet, especially WWW,has made much progress in the last years. The American Internet committee issued a research report about the state of Internet of the 2000, which said that the number of WebPage in the Internet has arrived at 20 hundred million till the September of 2000 and will arrive at 40 hundred million till the early of 2001. During the process of search information in the tremendous amount of vast and disorder information world,many people have gradually wildered the direction. How to search quickly and effectively the information that reflects user's requirement or his interests and how to take full advantage of these valuable resource are the aim of researcher's pursuing at all times. Many researchers have generally acknowledged that personalized information service is a very good approach.To realize the individuation service of Web information,we need many domanial theoretics and techniques,for example,mostly,Information Searches, Information Filtration, Computer Network, Distributed Disposal,DataBase Manage System,Data Mining, Numeric Library,Disposal ofnarural Language,Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and so on. Thus,to realize the individuation service of Web information, we will be encountered great challenges and we have to do a compositive and hard task.We have undertaked some study to realize the individuation service of Web information in this paper. The goal of our study is to strengthen or improve on the power of Web Browser of the client computer,to enchance the quality of information gather and the efficiency of information search, to decrease the repeated search or transfer of Web information,to realize the information search of user's interest-Oriented, to incarnate and reflect the user's requestment of the individuation information service , by implanting the Intelligent Agent with the abilities of self-adapted learning,information filtrate and automatic search.To realize the user's interest-Oriented individuation Web information service,we will meet the following questions,which are how to denote the user's interest,how to learn the user's interest for the agent,how to search the WEB Information of the user's interest-oriented and how to filtrate the information for user's interest and so on. We put forward some methods to resolve the above questions. The following are our research work. Firstly,we have put forward a mathematic form ?interest vector-to express the user's interest and have given a formula to calculate quantificationally the interest degree of interest item. Secondly,we apply the method of reinforcement learning to intelligent learning agent to make it leam the user's interest more precision,more quickly and more efficiency,to make it discover the divert of the user's interest in time. Thirdly, we have developed a mean of information search and filtrate on user's interest. Lastly, we have brought forward a object-based programming scheme for Agent,namely, a method to design Agent system by extending the object-oriebted modeling technique or methodology.We have studied the above problems and designed a Personalized Web Browser Based on Intelligent Agent and realized some important functions. The system has the following functions. Firstly,the system allows the user to login in the system or to register into the system and it will create the user's profile when the user didn't register into the system in the past. Secondly,we can browse the web page by using the system. Thirdly.the agent can learn some user's interest by interaction with user. Lastly, the system can filtrate some web page in the light of user's interest profile. The specialties of the system are personalization,self-determination, maintenance web information and knowledge-base,collaboration,expansibility and so on. The system is not very perfect at the present time. Thus,we have to research and develop the system ulteriorly in the future.
