As our country has joined WTO formally, the banks of our country must burden the enormous impact of the foreign banks. Over 75% of profits of the commercial bank of developed country were brought by the intermediate service. In four major banks of our country, the intermediate service only accounts for about 8.5% of all incomes. Many reasons caused this gaps, the main reason is that the performance of the intermediate service platform is worse. Traditional method of the banks: Opening a kind of agent's service every time, needs technicians to modify the application. This will bring a lot of obvious drawbacks, such as development cycle is long, running cost is high and the reliability and maintainability of the procedure is lowered. So, we must research a kind of intermediate service platform which can meet different service demands and have strong general-utility. This system is designed in order to solve these drawbacks.According to characteristics of intermediate service, this system abstract trade procedure to form four kinds of service stencil. While new service needs to open, the system can realize the addition of new service through transferring the service stencil dynamically and does not need to modify too many codes. However, if the slight difference in the procedure, will cause the service stencil can't be used, only to increase the new stencil again. If trade procedure also can be disposed dynamically, the problems can be solved. Then, we introduce the concept of the atom trade. We split the whole trade into the atom that can be used repeatedly. Every atom can finish an independent function. This system could organize atoms to finish the service logic which trade need through some methods of flow control. The core of the intermediate service platform lies in that it can realize the new intermediate service by association of atom trade and the application of service stencil so as to achieve the purpose of the system general-utility and maintainability.This system regarded UNIX operating system as the development platform and utilized C language to develop. According to the software engineering principle, this system adopted modular design ideals and top-down development tactics. This system can meet diversity of the communication way, diversity of the data form and diversity of the service procedure. At the same time, the system complied with some principles in the course of implementation, such as trade integrality, network security, account security, trade security, account consistency, real-time, maintainability and expandability. This system supported the trade of concurrence multiple server works. The number of concurrent process can be disposed according to the portfolio (concurrent several 30-200, depending on portfolio andconfiguration of machine).This system has positive significance for improving the competitiveness of banks of our country.
