Research Of Measure Methods About Digital Video System～2

In recent years, digtal video technology combined with TV technology, computer technology and communications techology has been made great advances in the information science domain, and widely used in the TV system. Consequently, it has entered our daily lifes. With advancements of digital video, however, there is poorly perfect about video measure system, and no mature in study. Therefore, it is essential for me to do furture research ,The measure technology about digital viedo is that measure signals have been coded and decoded based on coding and decoding technology. So the image quality of original signals can been assessed on the basis of assessment methods of video qulity through image ,wave and data monitors in the output, and it is observed intuitively that different factors affect on the qulity of image.In this paper, the following contents are mainly illustrated in details:1. The idea of the systemic design scheme about the visual measure methods of digital video system is established correctly.2. Reseach different methods and steps carried out including Discrete Cosine Translation,Run-length enconding and Haffman encoding about signals coding and decoding. The signal-coding structure diagrams and programmable flow charts are not only established but also the applide program about signal coding and decoding is complied on VC developable flat.3. Take European DVB-S standard applied to various satellite broadcast for example, the channel coding structure charts is established. The theory of modulation mode of QPSK and Forward Error Correct including RS Coding,Convolutional Coding, Energy Dispersal and Interleaving are reseached.4. Research different still testing signals related to system test by prescribed ITU and various moving testing pictures. Two different kinds of testing still signals and two moving pictures are coded by using methods related to the signal codings to research effect factor of image quality.5. Give the quality-assessed methods of testing signals, devise the applied program structure, and complied VC program based on Windows. The taken experiments show there is consistent between experimental data and subjective video effects. The result of experiment is comparatively satisfactory.
