By the research of current water supply, and referring to a great deal of literature and the advanced technology in the world, a designing scheme is expounded to constitute the monitor system of water supply network in this paper.In view of the deficiency of traditional control methods and the distribution trait of riverhead and consumer, this paper presents a structure system controlled by network of water supply and sets up mathematic model. It designs a fuzzy controller by researching fuzzy control method. It realizes multiplex control between bit and vector. Thus, requirement of speeding and stability is met.This paper introduces a fuzzy diagnosis technology based on multi-sensors integration and multi-information fusion. The technology monitors circumstance and the state of equipment, so it can overcome the disperseness of sensors, advance reliability of alarm and reduce distorting rate.The part of digital microwave communications is another emphasis in this paper, so digital microwave technology is studied. Through designing the heights of the microwave antennas, the intensity of signals is ensured. And the Cyclic Redundancy check error control method is applied, so the error code rate is limited to an acceptable range. The application of the conflict test program makes it possible to solve the communication conflict. The adoption of the Linear Increment Back arithmetic makes the channel be exploited efficiently. All of the stations are divided into several groups, the stations in one group are tested continuously and different groups are tested separately, so both the time that the central station has to wait before tested and the test time are much shortened.To simplify operation, friendly interface is designed with MCGS. By experiments and actual appliance, it is indicated that the system has some advantages, such as, reasonable structure, high reliability, simple operation and high ratio of performance to value.
