3-Phase AC arc furnace electrode up-down control system is a complex multiple variable coupling control system. The mathematic model of it is difficult to modeling . The author construct a neural network model for it based on the data obtained from the practical system, design a neural network inverse model controller using the primary idea of decoupling control and the theory of adaptive inverse control.The main work the author done:(1) Applied adaptive inverse control method to the design of 3-Phase Ac arc furnace electrode up-down control system.(2) Actualized comparatively exact adaptive inverse control using neural network series BP algorithm.(3) Using comparatively simple method actualized adaptive inverse control in the system base on time serial.(4) Applied Radial Basis Function to the identification and control in 3-Phase Ac arc furnace electrode up-down control system, shorting the time of adjustment greatly.(5) Simulation results show the method given above is feasible. |
