| Based on SDC WEB system construction and XAEC WEB system migration, the thesis discusses some important technologies which are used in enterprise WEB system development and migration in detail.The paper put forward a tri-tier WEB system model based on XML and COM+, discusses used technologies such as XML Specification, COM+, ASP and database. The paper showes the implementation of the model used in SDC system.Because of the different performance between diffrente DBMS and softeware environment of Customers, developeres often have to migrate system between different DBMS.But API, data type, architecture, storage and SQL used by different DBMS is different. Migration should change DBMS whithout updating client software codes. The paper put forward a general engineering method based on rules, which is used in WEB system migration of XAEC.
