Hexafluoropropene(HFP), a basal material of organic fluorin industry, is an important copolymerizable monomer and semifinished product that contains fluorin. It's importance is only less than Tetrafluoroethylene (TFE). The reaction to get Hexafluoropropene through decomposing Tetrafluoroethylene is complicated because the products have many kinds. There are a great quantity of heat releasing from the reaction. What's more, self aggregation and producing carbon may happen. If the parameter of temperature and flux are not well controlled, the staple will block up the reactor. The purity of Hexafluoropropene is highly requested. The product contains poisonous Octafluoroisobutene. All these above request the generative process to be continuous and automation.This thesis summaries the development and the current situation of Hexafluoropropene generative process control. The different factors that affect pyrogenation reaction is analyzed and the advanced process control to pyrogenation reactor is proposeed. In ordor to avoid disadvantage of normal control of distillation column, neural network is introduced to avoid the disturbance of flux and composition of enterance material. A distributed control system, which is composed of PLC and industry personal computer, is designed to control the whole precess.
