Strapdown inertial navigation system is a trend of inertial technology in recent years. In SINS system, physical platform of traditional INS is replaced by mathematical platform. Because of these advantages of SINS system, it is on the trend of replacing flat inertial navigation system in many applications. What has been researched in this article is as follows, on the basis of some key technologies in SINS.We proposed the on-line calibration method of Strapdown IMU, and at the same tune, the calibration of all kinds of errors is studied, which is before IMU is fixed on the system; the alignment on fixed base and transfer alignment in SINS are researched in detail. And the simulation figures of fixed-base alignment are given, the error model of transfer alignment in missile systems of ships is deduced. The high efficiency N fast SINS attitude algorithm is continued , and after comparing and analyzing existing SINS attitude algorithms ,we drew a conclusion that four-order runge-kutta is more suited in application.For the parameter calibration of inertial instruments is in great necessity to the improvement of navigation accuracy of SINS, we studied the calibration of optic gyro, besides the calibration of IMU,trying to make a use of new method to test the performance parameter of RLG.
