The author have a quadratic development accordiny to the basically features of stone machined and industry used if AutoCAD . The system has solved some commonly problems with stone CAD .raising the design efficiency and reduced the cost,while had a function on the applicatin and popularity of CAD/CAM in the stone emblazon industry.The author analysised and developed primarily some function module like the pavage segment and numbering of stone layed,artistic splice,work sheet made and established the mold with space curve of the hem of a revolving stair handrail .Among while the fuction of pavage segment and numbering of laying stone can automatic complete according to the laying area to choose the best program. Meanwhile the require data in work sheet will be processed a specification sheet which assumed block quoting attribute through Automation Active to complete the data transmis between AutoCAD and Excel,and finished work sheet by manual used of Excel. The function of stone artistic splice complete through to established basic design or source material warehouse with the help of others graph process software.Besides author come up with a new program or machine method in accordance with stagger in the thicknes and vertical length at the stone sticking execution,i.e ensure the accuracy in measurement to approach subsection by space spiral line,the data used directly by numerical control machine. Finally machined the stone become a spiral line columned surface arc slab. This method performed easily,processed data and have a heighty precision,and reduced swinging the error from conventional means,avoided the trouble of cutting and grinding on the spot,satisfied the real demand completely.
