What robust control theory study is the control problem of what when the parameter of the system has been disturbed or there is outside disturb, especially the problem when the uncertainty of model has effect to system's performance. Base on the large number of literature, we have disscussed robust control theory as a whole in this paper, and put hard study and simulink into three aspects of it's basic principle, it's seedtime ,and design method . The result can be a kind of technology repertory to put H-definity into practice.We study the whole process of the control system from control theory and design method to the application of the theory to four fight cool rolling mill's tense force control. We have described the object, develop status, production and design method of robust control in chapter one. The basic theory of robust control has been analysised in chapter two, we bring forward some different methods which can change control object into standard Hn control, and we have proved some new production of H^ control theory ,too.Chapter three and four is our keystone of the paper ,three robust control method has been analysed in the two chapter ,we have detail deduced of the first method ,and have given direct design method to three-rank system ,the method is simple and rapidness and suitable to the three rank system which the disturb of the parameter is limited .We get a y method which can search a's super bound with random precision ,and we study the arithmetic and simulink when T3 = I, T3 I, the result show that the system which has been control by the controller which come from that arithmetic is unsensitivity to the change of parameter. Detail analyses has been discussed to weighted function's select, and we deduce a kind of viable method of weighted function's choose .The math model of tense force's tache has been deduced in detail in chapter four, and we analyses the selection of parameter which is part of the model, through analysis, we get that the number of the variable parameter is two.The theory of design method of former four chapter has been put intothe the tense force's control in the last chapter, and we have emluator and analysis.
