Research On IFFT/FFT Simulation And Implementation In COFDM Transmission System

In this paper,how to design IFFT/FFT modules by using FPGA in BDB-T multi-carriers scheme of DTTB is deeply researched.The IFFT/FFT modules are critical parts of BDB-T system.Based on research on the principle and implementation methods of FFT,a new FFT algorithm is presented,which can be implemented with FPGA,which is simulated by using Matlab software and constructed with FPGA .Whole module consists of the following three parts: algorithmtic core,address generator and dual-port RAM used either as input buffer or as output buffer.According to different situations the FFT algorithm is applied to.three types of fix-point,floating-point and block-floating-point complex FFT algorithms are presented.Characteristic of working at high speed stably they are all pipelined.
