Abstract/Summary:
In this paper, we researched the NN control of chaotic systems in electronics and circuits, including two fields: the chaotic systems' identification and Long-Distance-Learning Control.We analyzed the characters, limitations and application of back-propagation NN that was used in system identification. Based on the Additive Momentum Method, We presented an Adaptive Back-Propagation NN that is an improving method.We researched the Long-Distance-Learning Control theory of chaotic systems, demonstrated the control ability of chaotic system by using Long-Distance-Learning Control theory and adopted object-model-invert system controlling structure. Controller were formed by proportion control and learning control. The response, the control and the training of BP net consisted of the controlling order. Taking Synchronous Induct Motor as example, we studied the Long-Distance-Learning Control theory on theory analysis and simulation experiment. Through theory analysis and simulating experiment, we found that the Long-Distance-Learning Control of chaotic system had some excellent characters, such as controlling ability, robust ability and so on, which isn't easy to be realized by traditional controlling theories.
