The Test And Research Of The Irrigation District Computer Supervision Big System Based On Web Techniques

On the basis of the trends of technique development of the computer supervision system, according to the practical project ?DongLei ChouHuang Irrigation District computer supervision system and the used modern network techniques, this paper presents computer supervision system model based on Web techniques, which is suitable to for the project such as the step pumping station group, substation group and other similarities. The system model is based on the 3-tier B/S network structure. The program of building the network system foundation and the computer monitoring and control system for the field stations are fit for the practical demand of the sustainable development. In this system, the upper Web service system is built, which adopts the Internet or Intranet or Extranet as communication channels, and the material applications and communication are realized among the field stations. The field stations adopt hierarchical and distributed monitoring and control system based on the field-bus, which realize the function of monitoring and control.This paper analyzes feasibility and practicability of this system based on Web techniques and expounds allsidedly the system model, networksystem foundation and the program of building the computer monitoring and control system for the field stations. This system has far-ranging application, good expandability and the character of opening. It accords with the development trends of the information-based for water conservancy, and has the good value to be popularized, too.At last, the practice of this program is put in this paper according to the DongLei ChouHuang practical project, and the detailed building scheme is presented. The system software of the field station, which gains a good application effect, is developed and realized by the configuration software for the industry control and the commercial database. The Web service system is built on basis of PWS, and the data and picture of the monitoring and control system are transmitted through the Internet or Intranet.
