This paper is financed by the National Natural Science foundation project:The Generalized Optimization for Mechanical Structure. It is an important part of the whole software platform for optimization. Although there are some full-grown Finite Element Analysis software, such as ANSYS, Sap, IDEAS and etc, they are mainly aimed at general mechanical structure, and optimization of structure are not provided yet. Compositive method for optimization is a program to the analysis and optimization of large antenna structure, which has it's own character. But it is coded by FORTRAN and poor in man-machine conversation, which causes the use of the program very diffcult. This paper is developed basing on those disadvantages of the program, whose main purpose is to add the pre-post process and mesh plot to the program, improve the arrangement of data and man-machine conversation and facilitate the use of uses under the environment Windows so as to found the basis for structure optimization. FEM, which is an absolutely necessary part of the whole platform of structure optimization, is developed at last.
