Wavelet analysis is a rising mathematical analysis method. This paper mainly concentrates on investigating the two-order system with Wavelet analysis. After the studies of simulation and analysis, some results come out. On the base of those results, new schemes of the PID parameter self-tuning are presented. The simulation and actual system examine those schemes, and the performances are fairly good. In this paper an electrical heater temperature control system is designed to serve this purpose. The principal hardware components are the AdvnTec industrial computer and the Advantec data acquisition board, which are responsible for the data acquisition and signal output. The software components are GENIE and MATLAB. The GENIE is responsible for the implementation of the user-computer interface and control program. Matlab is used to finish the wavelet analysis of the feedback data. They are connected by the dynamic data exchange.
