To meet the adjustment demand of power plants , a practical adaptive fuzzy control method in temperature control system of a 50MW BTG set is researched. The content as follow: 1. Program in MATALAB which can transform the field physics signal into data form is developed. By this program, the field print curve is transformed into input and output data of model object effectively. 2. Program of model identification in MATALAB is developed . By this program, the dynamic models of the 50 MW BTG set in three typical load have been identifyed. Based on the grads ptimization theory , the optimal PID controller parameters in three typical load is found. 3.To overcome the shortcoming of general PID controller used in adjustment set, a adaptive fuzzy control method in which PID parameters parameters change from temperature deviation and deviation rat is proposed. Simulation and practice results show that the main steam temprature control system set used the method above has excellent control guality and strong adaptive ability.
