Self-organizing communication network is a new-style network. The self-organizing algorithm is one of the critical technologies of Self-organizing Packet Radio Network (SPRN) .First of all ,the composition, the network architectures and the multiple access protocol of self-organizing packet radio network are discussed and the performance of SPRN protocol is investigated and simulated in this paper. Next, the management of network topology information and a self-organizing algorithm are described in this paper. Thirdly, the control and management of self-organizing packet radio network and frame pattern are discussed in detail. Finally, the component of self-organizing packet network management system software is analyzed in detail. Based on Windows software platform and adopted Visual C++, the user interface, sending and receiving, route of self-organizing PRN is implemented. The key issues in establishing network are investigated and resolving scheme is presented. Implementation of CRC-32 is also discussed in this paper. It is realized that to know clearly multinodal intercommunication at Windows environment.
