| The proposition is analyzed in this thesis firstly that composite TV-news programme is an integrate system. On the basis of this proposition, thesis interprets that the system owns three levels order~ harmony~ rhythm and their mutual relations. Thesis points out the most basic structure of composite TV-news programme is order, including time-order and signification- order. Harmony is the overall concept of rules that accelerates to form a system. Harmony includes integrality~. levelity and dynamicity. Rhythm is the terminal optimization of news programme, including time-rhythm and signification- rhythm. Rhythm has other contents also. There are always some difficulties in taking the three in concert. To pursue the system- optimization actually means that it is a process to pursue a dynamic balance of the three as possible as we can.
