Homework is closely related to classroom teaching, it is not only used to help student understand ,consolidate and apply what they learn in classroom, but also to cultivate and improve students self-learning ability and practical ability . Furthermore, it is an effective form for some students to cultivate good quality. Therefore, the homework is an indispensable and important part of teaching process.This article, which is based on mathematical subjects, conducts an investigation about the current status of mathematics assignments in junior high school, and finds a number of issues ,such as the large amount of work, the lack of targeted content, the operational design of a lack of hierarchy . Carefully preparing assignment is an important part of teacher preparation. At present, most of the mathematics assignments is selected by teachers from exercises in textbook or related exercises in the Exercise books. This assignment is so single that can not help students understand and grasp knowledge from the various inspections. In addition, because the Exercise is lack of applications and the contacts with actual questions or other disciplines, so the design situations is stiff, no new ideas, without giving the students to stay innovative development of space, as a result, the students can not see the practical application of mathematical, nor use mathematical knowledge to solve practical problems.To address the above issue, the author analyzes the design of mathematical assignments by combining the basic concept of modern education theory and the new curriculum theory. This paper ,which absorbs and learns from the advanced educational theory and experience, attempts to take constructivism, multiple intelligence theory and the new math curriculum theory and other theories into the design of mathematics assignments, so as to build the design about mathematics assignments of junior high school on the basis of a scientific theory; In addition , the paper describes and analyzes the studies of theory and experience about school assignment at home and abroad, in order to provide references of the theoretical aspects for teachers. Basing on the in-depth study of status of mathematical assignments and the original work,the paper, which takes full account of the nature and characteristics of mathematical disciplines , designs some models and cases.These models focus on the students of knowledge generation process, the formation process of capacity,the active process of thinking, so as to make the process of work as a process of eliminating confusion, solving or generating problems , and displaying themselves and self-sublimation for student in the main practice . The new mathematical assignments,truly reflecting the essence of the process operations , can enhance students'confidence of learning mathematics, stimulate their interest in learning mathematics and improve their mathematics achievement. This paper as a reference can help mathematics teachers of middle school design mathematics assignments which Comply with the new curriculum ideas .
