In recent years, the teacher education receives more and more attention. How to promote the teacher's sustainable development and create the conditions for teachers' specialized growth have become an important proposition of the teacher troop construction. Teachers'professional development is inseparable from a certain culture. The teacher culture is the intrinsic power of its career development and has provided the spiritual prop for its specialized growth too. Just like foreign scholar Andy ? Hagen advocating, we should pay more attention to the teacher culture's key role in the educational reform and the teachers'specialization. The numerous practices and researchs indicated that the isolated teacher culture does not benefit teacher's career development, but cooperative teacher culture has a powerful promotional effect on teacher's growth and development of the school. Therefore, positively constructing cooperative culture and exploring effective cooperative pattern have already been an important way of promoting the teachers'career development. The studies about teacher cooperative culture are not lack in elementary and middle schools of our country, but for various reasons, this kind of cooperation always becomes a mere formality and has low efficiency even invalidity. The superficial principle is in vogue, especially prevails between senior-school teachers who have big academic pressures. In order to solve these problems, the research analysis the connotation and characteristic of teacher cooperative culture theoretically, then investigates the present situation of teachers'teaching cooperation in senior school of Hebei Luan County in practice.The first part is an introduction. Question statement is the logical beginning of the research, then sort out, analysis and summary the studies of teacher culture home and abroad. And briefly discuss about the purposes , values and methods of this study .The second part is the theoretical foundation of teacher cooperative culture. This part is the research's foundation including concepts of cooperation, the teacher culture, the teacher cooperative culture and so on. then analyses the characteristics, structural elements and theoretical foundation of the teacher cooperative culture.The third part analyses the status quo, problems and causes of the teacher cooperative culture in senior school. This section is the subject of the study. According to the results of a questionnaire survey and interviews to the teachers in senior school of Hebei Luan County, the study describes the status of the teacher cooperative culture in senior school specifically, and analyses the existing problems and their causes deeply.The fourth part is the conclusion of the study including the main conclusions and countermeasures. It puts forward the strategies about forming teacher cooperative culture mainly from the concept, institution and organization.
