Therefore, the construction of a content updates fast and easy retrieval and informative literature in primary science education resource library for science education researchers and the majority of primary school science teachers in teaching and research are of great value. At the same time, you can also graduate students in science education for undergraduates to provide a good professional learning resources.This paper is divided into: Introduction, literature review, development of primary science education resource library documents the theoretical basis for primary and secondary school science education resource library of design research literature, primary literature of science education resource library in the development and summary and outlook six parts.
