Risk Assessment And Control Measures For Graduated Training Project Of Henan Province

Though the human resources of Henan province is rich, its education and economy are backward. With the society of knowledge, learning and information explosion coming, education training is being received more and more attention. Training industry has being developed into a hot market quickly. Training market is a new, huge, and potential market. However, compares to those industries which have developed maturely, it exists a lot of problems especially on the Graduated Training Project such as irregular market, confused enterprise-managed, not-strictly government regulation. So it is particularly important for training company to how to effectively avoid the risk during the operation.Taking project risk management as the theoretical basis and referencing to some home and abroad successful experiences, this paper systemically studied the system and method of risk assessment of Graduated Training in Henan province. by analyzing the background of Henan province training industry, Firstly, with training market as the study object project, it revealed some risk questions on the Graduated Training Project after investigating the current training market in Henan province. With analyzing the risk factors of Henan province Graduated Training Project, three categories were classified including environmental risk, market risk and operational risk. Through analyzing the three risk factors, the indicators hierarchy of risk assessment about Henan Graduated Training Project was established. Using expert judges and AHP method, it determined the weight among various levels by pair comparisons, and provided risk assessment methods of Henan Graduated Training Project.
