Research On College Graduates Entrepreneurship In China

In recent decades, China's new added population for employment has continued toincrease. It reached a new record of more than 17 million in 2006. In the past decade, withexpansion of college enrollment, the number of graduates rose sharply, up nearly seven times.Considering the double pressure for employment from both the society and studentsthemselves, the state called for promoting employment by entrepreneurship. So, collegegraduates have naturally become the focal point of entrepreneurship.This paper from the historical development, classical theory and practical point of viewanalyzed the theoretical basis and feasibility for college graduates'entrepreneurship, drawn aconclusion of that college graduates are in good social and institutional environment forentrepreneurship. The entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education for both China andforeign college graduates are elaborated, and the difference found. In spite of the rapiddevelopment of graduates entrepreneurship, but it is still in the initial stage, and ourentrepreneurship education is behind the actual situation and is not optimistic.Through practical examples and relevant research, this thesis objectively analyzed thehard situation, reserved knowledge and awareness level for graduates entrepreneurship toprovide a realistic basis for building of entrepreneurship system. From the entrepreneurialculture, entrepreneurial opportunities and business services, the influence of social factors onthe entrepreneurship is studied. From the entrepreneurial education and family environment,the influence of educational environment on the entrepreneurship is elaborated. And from thehardware reserves and personal qualities, the influence of personal character on theentrepreneurship discussed.The basic framework for building China's college graduates entrepreneurship mechanismis put forward, that is, building of"Three Systems": the relevant policy system, governmentfunction system, multiple input system and propaganda-guiding form a soft environment; theentrepreneurship education system and"career guiding system"form entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial guiding system; the practice platform system, financing channelsystem, venture capital system and consulting service system form social services and supportsystem.
