Since the 21st century, with the development of science and technology, more and more people pay attention to the modern aerobics teaching methods, and the understanding and requirements of teaching methods are gradually improving. The sport teaching method in colleges and universities goes soothingly and rapidly, especially in recent years, and the modern aerobics teaching methods develops faster. As for the current situation, the modern aerobics teaching methods has not gone out of the regular teaching. As the new-type teaching methods, microteaching is still in its early stages of research, and has not been applied to the daily teaching, and just been used in the specialized aerobics. Through nearly five years experience of aerobics class, I summarize the microteaching teaching practice in aerobics and the previous research on microteaching teaching, and all these lay a solid foundation for the present study of micro-standard teaching. This paper studies the application of microteaching in aerobics to promote the flexibility of aerobics further. The experimental research is based on the teaching practice and the theory of microteaching, and refers to the relevant documents and multimedia. The methods of literature study, questionnaire and interviews with experts, the experimental method and mathematical statistics. According to the experimental research, We put microteaching in calisthenics teaching, in line with "people-oriented" and "all-round development of students in colleges and universities ". Compared with the traditional teaching, microteaching explores a suitable sports teaching method for college students' physical and mental development and promotes the full play of their educative function in the sports teaching. the application of microteaching to ordinary college calisthenics teaching has the extremely vital significance, especially it provides the theory basis for future formulation in aerobics teaching plan scientifically, certifying the teaching task, controlling the teaching progress.The conclusion of research:1. The multimedia teaching methods are used in the micro-standard teaching in short time, with high speed, high efficiency, accurate and timely feedback, to enable students to obtain intuitive feeling and understanding, and to cultivate the students' independent observation, the ability to analyze and solve problems.2. Through microteaching, advanced video multimedia teaching means are used to grasp faster moves correctly, so that it can improve the quality of teaching and the aerobics teaching effect in the teaching time.3. Using microteaching in college calisthenics teaching will have significant impact on learning and understanding the sets of learning and skills. It will help the students to master the technology of motion and breakthrough the emphases by thinking over and repeating the motion in short time.4. Microteaching is superior to conventional teaching in the number of creativities of motion, embodies that microteaching can improve the creativity of motion, and inspire students. The quantity and quality of students creativities of motion have been improved well.5. The experiment fully embodies that the effect of microteaching in small-class teaching is obviously superior to the conventional teaching one. .6. Microteaching in aerobics class further improves the students interest in learning aerobics and further exert students passion, and it will also arise the students interest in classroom teaching and the active atmosphere.According to the following conclusions: in college calisthenics suggestion in the application of microteaching can effectively integrate comprehensive educational goal, sports in the universities suggestion promoting and use. In the condition of colleges and universities should install multimedia teaching equipment, further improve the audiovisual education popularity among students also should use more visual equipment for calisthenics teaching and training, and in their spare time watching and imitate, through repeated action of improving standard audio-visual positive transfer ability. Teachers should be strengthened in the micro-standard teaching for students, teaching time arrangement more reasonable arrangement of teaching plan and schedule, make students in a relatively short period of time to finish a standard action learning, optimize the teaching effect.
