With the rapid expansion of the tertiary vocational education's scale in China, the problems of quantity shortage, unreasonable structure, and quality undergrade in higher vocational colleges'teacher team have been exposed gradually, which have affected the quality of higher vocational education. Therefore, it is an extremely urgent issue to solve the problems existing in the higher vocational colleges'teachership construction. From what have been researched, the quantity shortage of higher vocational colleges'teachership construction is a shallow problem, the unreasonable structure of it is a hypo-shallow problem, and the quality undergrade is the profound and critical problem of the higher vocational colleges'teachership construction in recent years. Therefore, in order to solve those problems, the country, society, and higher vocational colleges should come to the point of the construction of teaching staff's quality, and take a joint action to build teacher's qualification system and incorporate new system of teacher education in higher vocational colleges. In view of the above, the logical framework of this study is as follows:Chapterâ… : Introduction. Mainly discussed the statement of research problem, the importance of the research, the current situation of the research at home and abroad, the purpose and content of the research, and the thinking and method of the research.Chapterâ…¡: The connotation and theoretical basis of the teachership construction in higher vocational colleges. Firstly, this study defines the concept of the teachership in higher vocational colleges, conducts a necessary classification of them, and points out the objects of the study. Secondly, it demonstrates three important support theories: Teacher Professionalization Development, Theory of Multiple Intelligence and Motivation Theory.Chapterâ…¢: Survey research on the teachership construction in Chongqing Aerospace Polytechnic. This chapter mainly analyses the Chongqing Aerospace Polytechnic's experience of teachership construction in recent years with survey research method, and the success or failure and the gain or loss of it have offered fact and basis for the continued studies.Chapterâ…£: Introspection of the teachership construction problems in higher vocational colleges. Through the prophase document study and survey research, the factors affecting the quality of teachership construction in higher vocational colleges exists in several levels: the deficiency of vocational education's teachership management in macro views, the dual opposition of vocational education's teachership training system in medium views, and the insufficiency of higher vocational colleges'school-based in-service training in micro views.Chapterâ…¤: The strategies to improve the teachership construction in higher vocational colleges. It is a system project of teachership construction in higher vocational colleges, and it must plan the global and local relationship as a whole and search for strategies in several levels. In the system level, the new management mechanism of higher vocational colleges'teachership construction must be built, especially the qualification system and admittance system; in the country level, a new vocational education teacher training system that integrates pre-service training and in-service training must be build; in the society level, a new model that is a cooperation of school and entrepreneur and an integration of work and learning must be made to improve the teacher professionalization; in the college level, a new potential of the teacher professionalization with school-based in-service training must be exploited profoundly.Chapterâ…¥: Conclusion. Briefly discuss the innovation of this study and the follow-up research.
