Research On The Current Situation And Counter-measures Of The Teachership Construction In Our Tertiary Vocational And Technical Colleges

With the rapid expansion of the tertiary vocational education's scale in China, the problems of quantity shortage, unreasonable structure, and quality undergrade in higher vocational colleges'teacher team have been exposed gradually, which have affected the quality of higher vocational education. Therefore, it is an extremely urgent issue to solve the problems existing in the higher vocational colleges'teachership construction. From what have been researched, the quantity shortage of higher vocational colleges'teachership construction is a shallow problem, the unreasonable structure of it is a hypo-shallow problem, and the quality undergrade is the profound and critical problem of the higher vocational colleges'teachership construction in recent years. Therefore, in order to solve those problems, the country, society, and higher vocational colleges should come to the point of the construction of teaching staff's quality, and take a joint action to build teacher's qualification system and incorporate new system of teacher education in higher vocational colleges. Firstly, this study defines the concept of the teachership in higher vocational colleges, conducts a necessary classification of them, and points out the objects of the study.
