| Research purpose:Approximately two-thirds of the body fat is stored in the skin,through the skin-fold thickness measurements, not only directly knowledge of the body of the subcutaneous fat thickness, determines someone's fat or thickness conditions, which can also be inferred body fat content. A large number of studies have shown that the distribution of body fat tissue imbalance usually by age, gender, genetics, dietary habits, physical activity patterns and other factors. This study in the institute engaged in different sports and different parts of the special skin-fold thickness measurement, to explore different sports specific subcutaneous fat distribution characteristics of the students and their special relationships between the practice of sports, so as to physical education, sports training, physical health, sports nutrition and fitness to guide the public and provide a theoretical basis for the selection of projects.Methodology:1. Looking up the relevant documentary to understand the impact of subcutaneous fat distribution and compositions of the relevant factors.2. By the survey, the exclusion of other factors that affect the distribution of subcutaneous fat identified for the study. 3. Using JIANG Chongmin's anthropometry and the National Sports Commission developed in imitation-based research institutes-wing research-type subjects, respectively sebum meter measured the height, body mass, waist circumference, hip circumference, triceps skin fold thickness, biceps skin-fold thickness, anterior superior iliac spine-bit skin-fold thickness, sub scapular-bit-fold thickness, skin-fold thickness of chest-bit, bit skin-fold thickness of abdominal, thigh and calf skin fold thickness bit digital skin-fold thickness were measured to calculate body fat"s percentage , BMI, WHR, body density and body size index. The data will be entered into a computer for analysis and processing, and the results of single factor analysis of variance test. Correlation of size and physical relationships between the distributions of subcutaneous fat has been gained.Results:1. With the general population in China compared to the same age, both male and female pf the institute students in various parts of the body are thinner skin-fold thickness, body composition, generally better than our peers, the proportion of the general population.2. On a whole, the institute's different special groups of students exists some differences in skin-fold thickness. Boys of volleyball team all parts of the body subcutaneous fat content were lower than other groups, boys track and field (middle distance) group, aerobics group of anterior superior iliac spine and chest-bit digital skin-fold thickness was significantly lower than other groups, basketball team, soccer team , badminton group health ministries, skin fold thickness were at a high level. In addition to the project team of girls Aerobics anterior superior iliac spine and chest-bit skin-fold thickness, volleyball team bit the thigh skin-fold thickness of thin, the other parts of the body is not much different in skin-fold thickness. 3. Male and female body density, body fat ratio is extremely significant differences between the sexes, but both boys and girls, the special group of the body density,body fat rate in the normal range.4. Different sports special students, there are certain differences in size, but not statistically significant. Index divided; boys group and girls group are different which belongs to the body long and thin body type. 5. BMI, WHR and body skin-fold thickness in some parts ,there is a certain positive correlation, especially boys.Conclusion: 1. Physical Education both male and female students in various parts of the body skin-fold thickness are generally lower than the general population in China the same age, with participates in the athletic training (exercise) to concern frequently.2. Engaged in different sports specific subcutaneous fat distribution characteristics of the trainers ,there are certain differences, and its causes and different sports specific trainer body fat mobilization.3.Regularly participates in volleyball training can help reduce the body parts of boys and girls in thigh subcutaneous fat thickness of subcutaneous fat thickness position, regular participation in aerobics training (exercise) helps reduce the anterior superior iliac spine and chest-bit subcutaneous fat. |
