In recent years, with the market economic system gradually improved, college admissions policies and employment system is changing, also college enrollment expanded, especially in recent years, the implementation of the policy of enrollment expansion of higher education, the development of higher education, but the day has also changed the ultimate goal of education, from the elite to mass education gradually. With the original due to low degree or reform of state-owned enterprises and laid-off become "the parasitical" situation is different, in recent years, there are quite a few university graduates also join "the parasitical group", makes this group level is more complex, "the parasitical" phenomenon gradually become social hot topic. A large number of unemployed college graduates join the "Neet" ranks, making China "Neets" up to the level of complexity, so that "Neets" are more being concerned. Compared to those with low or no qualifications of unemployed young people, why so many college graduates join into the "Neets"? What role does educational background play in the process of job hunting? What job hunting feelings and experiences do the have? What impact do the job hunting feelings and the experiences brings them? How have they gradually moved from a college graduate to "Neets" groups? These are just the concerns of this research.From "Neets" youth perspective, This research attempts to summarize the reasons into four categories:social, family, school and youth their own factors. This research uses qualitative research methods and through interviews a large number of first-hand materials been collected. The specific sub-categories in the third chapter analyze causes of college graduates "Neets" systematicly. Finally, according to analysis results and the negative impact caused by "Neets", this research gives three corresponding recommendations:First, society should improve the employment mechanism and create a good employment environment; Second, about family education, parents should raise the knowledge, update ideas, and establish a new concept of educating people; Third, school education should improve the educational content, promoting the overall development of students; Finally, college students should enhance the overall quality to improve their employability. Only with joint efforts of all, the "Neets" youth can successfully return to society and to certain extent prevent the increase of number of NEET ethnic groups.
