It looks as if lifelong educational thought has become a trend of international education in the 21st century. In recent years, the ideas and practice of lifelong education has aroused extensive concern in the community. Especially in some developed countries, lifelong educational thought is the foundation of the country. Many developed areas in China have conducted research on lifelong educational thought, such as in Shanghai, Tianjin, Fujian. From different perspectives, this topic was discussed by many researchers. In this article, the lifelong educational research of the Western frontier is concerned. lifelong education acts as an ideological principle and a guiding philosophy, but its practice needs to construct a theoretical system and practical system, so this paper focuses on the practical system of lifelong education——lifelong educational service system.In the research, I attend to the practice of lifelong educational service system in Yunnan Province. Based on life-long educational institution in Yunnan, the paper studies the implementation of lifelong education service center, and analyzes the existing problems in operation, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures for the problem. The paper includes three parts:The first part consists of the first chapter and the second chapter.The first chapter introduces the reasons and background of the research, and shows the purpose and significance of this study and research methods and research design, through collecting and compiling the results of previous studies .The second chapter is about the connotation of life-long education, which includes the meaning and characteristics of lifelong education, and the meaning and content of lifelong educational system. The second part consists of the third chapter, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter. The third chapter makes a follow-up investigation with the life-long education service center in Yunnan Province. A longitudinal study is about the establishment and development of the center. And a horizontal study is from the organization of the center, management system, operation mechanism, platform construction, educational resources, educational forms, educational content, teaching methods, education environment, to education models. The fourth chapter is about the problems which exist in Service Center for Lifelong Education in Yunnan Province. According to the problems. the fifth chapter put forward countermeasures for future development of the center. The sixth chapter is also the third part of the paper, which analyzes the paper-based topic and its value and inadequacy of the place.In order to build the theory of "life-long educational system construction", the paper has a preliminary understanding of the lifelong educational system construction by documentary research. The paper makes lifelong educational center of Yunnan Province as a case of lifelong education, through the tracking survey, finds the problems in the implementation process and makes the appropriate strategy. After obtaining detailed information in the survey, the paper makes interviews of key personnel, combined with a number of theoretical arguments, and collects information to make up for lack of empirical research.
