The basic task of university is cultivating qualified talent for our socialist modernization construction, and the basic task of cultivating talent is morality education. The counsellor of university shoulder the task of morality education and college students management, strengthening counsellor team of university construction is meaningful for cultivating high quality talents. Both central authorities and university theory researchers pay more attention to consellor team construction of university, in a serial of documents that released by central authority and state council, the counsellor team construction of university is considered as a long term and basic task. This paper is focused on the construction of counsellor team of university, and makes some exploration on this problem under new condition. The whole paper is composed of three parts:In the first part, the background of counsellor team construction of university is introduced. Through the analysis of related conference, we expound the use and position of counsellor in university and political thought work, point out that counsellor is the main body and backbone of university political through work team. The importance of counsellor team construction is introduced from the aspect that it is useful for cultivating high quality talent and the new requirement on counsellor under new condition. A new intension is pointed out that counsellor should shoulder the task of being the friend and tutor of college students.The second part is the key part of this paper. Firstly, the condition of counsellor stimulation system of university is introduced, and the success and character is pointed out. Secondly, we consider that we should recognize the problems lies in the construction of counsellor team objectively, and analyze those problems from the view of system and concept.In the third part, we consider the stimulation system construction of counsellor from tht view of theory, and combine our thinking with real demand in university. Through an empirical study, based on ability and performance, personal career development and personal value realization, we point out relative suggestion on salary level, welfare system, job model, career permission, performance checking, post training, professional title evaluation.
