China is in the socio-economic transformation, social and economic system and education development,which are at a critical stage of deepen the reform. Higher education play a promoting role in socio-economic development ,which reflect in the Graduate Employment . Existing employment growing problem of college students. In the Report to the Seventeenth National congress of the communist party of china, to promote entrepreneurship to improve employment, there is implementing the development strategy of expanding employment. This marks the Employment of College Students into the national strategic development of the field of vision. It described the concept of students with employment-related theory in the first part of this thesis, illustrateing the various limitation which theories explain the economic transition of undergraduate employment limitationsTwo theoretical framework used to explain economic growth and income distribution in the human capital theory: social and human capital stock and its growth is the endogenous forces of economic growth at the macro level,a single person in the human capital stock and growth differences,can explain the wage structure and income distribution at the micro level. Education can be raised labor productivity in the human capital theory to give full play to the economic effect of higher. Limitations of the theory is the existence of employment assumptions. Screening theory of education and determine the relationship between labor productivity questioned. college education is to provide diploma as a "screen information" for employers to employees in the labor market screening in this theory. The function of this filter the information started to diminish after the College Expansion ,therefore,the theory to explain our existing efforts to lack of employment of college students.After analysis, the thesis gives the socio-economic transformation in the employment of undergraduate students mainly as a structural employment problem,frictional unemployment,,voluntary unemployment. Further detailed analysis of the causes, the conclusion is: the scale of higher education expansion speed, the system of labor market segmentation and economic growth mode transformation.Dialectical analysis of the students to solve the employment problem of the positive impact of economic restructuring in ChinaSpecific performance of the employment of college students can stimulate economic growth, narrow the gap between the rich and the poor and reduce transaction costs of economic transformation. Finally,from both internal and external factors to solve employment problems of students proposed measures,the internal factors of ability to increase the employment of college students,particularly to deal with economic non-equilibrium configuration capability , external factors are positive in our country macroeconomic policy and employment policy of the employment abilities to help students reflect the value of human capital students two-step countermeasures.Innovation of this paper is explaining a series of progressive human capital theory to solve the socio-economic transformation of the limitations of Employment of undergraduate Students. Proposed employment of college students because of socio-economic transformation resulting from a series of changes caused by problems brought. Further from the dialectical perspective of the students to solve the employment problem of the economic transformation of the reaction,the performance of the employment problem in the students a good ring to solve the socio-economic transformation of China's key to success. Pointed out that problems arise because students integrated both need invisible hand of the market , but also need the visible hand of government.Therefore, it is only that conform to a certain period of national socio-economic development policies to study the macro-strategy in order to explore suitable and feasible strategic measures.
