Ancient academy is an important ancient enducational culture institute of China,it has made excellent contributions on impliment of education academical research and spread culture.Academic spirits as an inner-drive power contains abundent educational-ideology resource,which use humane-education as fundamentaly idea and based on school rules.Its core implicate educate aim which filled with humane-concern,its resaerch attitude guided with doubtful-spirits,the academic atmosphere of contending, the teaching principle of self-teaching,the manage mold of independent and patriotism. Although it suffered the bump of time it have never been eliminate by the realism.Analysing on the modern university system from the characteristic of highereducation,function of university and national tradition,we can find that academic spirits still match with time.It brings lots of hints for the design of modern university system.Consequently,during the design and construction of modern university system,we should internally and externally practice, not only reform the system,but also inherent the excellent idea of academic spirits,reset the modern university system which interacts to system.Modern university system which contains academic spirits should target on "studying for oneself ",treat education as the bedrock.During the design of modern university system containing academic spirits it needs to be based on the national reality of our country,conform to the rules of traditional morals,apparent its fairy and realistic meaning.Guided by this kind of value aim and evaluation standards,modern university system first should handle the relationship between goverment and university.Specifically,that's should resure the role of goverment and the way of management of government,realising the limited control of goverment,while the school should run itself legally,seprating the politicis and school to realise the limited goverment.Secondly,the construction of modern university system should deal with the relationship between university and society,Specifically, university should face society to running a school, making the society take part in the management of school affairs actively.Thirdly,modern university system should deal with the relationship betweenthe inner-management and harness structure problems,mainly improving the princepalresponsbility system under the committee of the CCP,and make sure the independence of academaical rights,leading the students join the management of school activily.
