The unfavorable factors of development of traditional wushu are mainly not sound management system, A single form of succession and competition. The favorable factors are the distinctive regional characteristics, Species rich, long history and rich cultural connotations, the government attention, a good atmosphere for fitness.We should rationally look at the development of Shandong traditional wushu, and make use of the favorable factors, and as much as possible to avoid the negative factors. We should do the strategic plan, for example "a highlight", "two reform", "two focus ", "three links" and "three combinations". In this,An highlight is the brand; two reform refers to the traditional national sport of professional higher education enrollment system and deepen the wushu reform; two focus refer to the arrangement of wushu category and wushu publicity; three links refer to the building around wushu grounds, grasping around wushu organizations and organizations around the wushu activities; three combinations are the combination of traditional wushu and tourism, traditional wushu and health care integration, the combination of traditional wushu and education.The development of traditional wushu should be divided into three stages at 2011-2015,such as the arrangement phase (2011-2012), the creating phase (2012 -- 2013) and the promotion phase (2013-2015).
