With the developing of network, distance education is playing an effective advantage of modern technology.Through the creation of interactive learning environment suitable to adapt to socio-economic development and the needs of learners, is the formation of universal learning, lifelong learning, learning society, essential to promote the overall development of an effective education.But because of the network resources construction of mass disorder, interoperability, inadequate, low level of resource sharing, the massive resources of learners is difficult to find the right resources. The lack of interaction makes the knowledge of the environment is not targeted to help students learn, but affect the efficiency of access to knowledge for students, resulting in the students interact with obstacles. And the different teaching systems incompatible with each other problems have led to duplication of resources, resulting in a waste of human and material resources, affecting the level of educational resources and quality of the construction progress, thus affecting the effectiveness of distance education as a whole. The Standard of promotion can effectively solve the above problem. This paper perfet case studies, expert interviews and other research.The first chapter analyzes some questions,for example, the reason of we study the interaction in distance education, interactive classification, distance learning, how the interaction is occurring, and the impact of resource-based interactive distance learning interaction.Chapter II defines the distance education resources, analysis the distance education resources on teaching the impact of interaction mechanism,then,found distance education resources through its own organization and management methods, open, rich in diversity, affecting characteristics such as distance education interaction. And analysis the differences between resource-based learning in the distance education and the traditiona learning, thus demonstrated the importance of resources building in distance education.In Chapter III ,guide in instruconal dtiesign, from the Learning Resources building point of view, put forward the resource-based distance education interactive construction of principle.Chapter IV realized the resource-based interaction. Through a series detailed comparative analysis on the deveolpment and application of resource and the support of the interaction in current resource production tools and learning platform.Then on this basis, analysis the current technical conditions can be achieved under the resource-based interactive distance education degree,get the analysis conclusion,and select a best match of resource production tools and learning platform to realize and analysisFrom the above reasearce,we know that environment suitable for interactive distance education resources and builders need to optimize production resources, technology, and promote the standardization of construction resources, interact with multiple factors such as the creation of a common.So chapter IV put the improvement of interactive environment for distance education to be the main purpose. Through the Implementation of standardized educational resources to improve distance education resources and production tools, resource management systems and learning management system combined with enhanced awareness of teachers and students interact, then proposed development and application of resources and possible ways to improve interactive distance education strategy.Chapter VI made research questions in this paper a summary and outlook.
