With the rapid development of society and increasing pressures on students, more and more educationalists have cognizanced of the deficiency of students, It is a trend to get a multidimensional and multi-level understanding research of learning-motivation and also about its impact on it. The research of learning-motivation have a significance of academic and reality which will help for the realistic problems to resolve, promote the high efficient learning for students.Adopt the questionnaire of learning-motivation, cultivated type of parents, class environment, social support to 800 junior high school. The main points of this research is (1) based on the motivational theory of Paul R. Pintrich, take the learning-motivation as a integrated motivation, include Achievement motivation and Learning interest from Value Component,Self-Efficacy Beliefs from Expectancy Components,Test Anxiety from Affective Components; (2) investigate the status of learning-motivation; (3) probe the main influential fators of learning-motivation; (4) analyse the correlation between the mina influential fators of learning-motivation, and the effect to learning-motivation; (5) according to the conclusion of this research conbine with the former research, bring forward teaching suggestions to improve learning-motivation.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1,In the four dimensions of learning-motivation,they were significant difference in the grade, No significant difference in gender;they were significant difference in education lever of parents and One–child in the aspect of family education; and also has significant difference in the type of the school.2,every dimensions of main extrinsic influential factors significant correlation to learning-motivation ,and has remarkable positive predictable functions on learning-motivation.3,the main extrinsic influential factors significant correlation to ecah others. thereinto, the the class environment and social support has a mediating effect between the cultivated type of parents and learning-motivation; social support has a a mediating effect between the class environment and learning-motivation too. Those research results shows that the cultivated type of parents,class environment and social support is the main extrinsic influential factors of learning-motivation,and the important is the interaction of the main extrinsic influential factors has a mediating effect to learning-motivation. Then, based on the correlative research and the conclusion of this research ,we think it is necessary to improve the main extrinsic influential factors for enhance learning-motivation,and eventually arrive to the aim of high efficient learning.
