To promote the development of rural education, it is important to build a stable and high-quality teacher team. Happiness of rural primary school teachers will have a direct relation with the quality of school education, the development of students and teachers. China is a multi-ethnic country, in order to promote education harmonious, not only need to pay attention to the development of education in Han areas, but also need to concern about the development of education in ethnic minority areas.Through questionnaire, interview and literature, takes Maoxian and Shifang as an example, this article studies on the happiness present situation of rural primary teachers in Qiang and Han areas and analyses why the happiness feeling is different between Maoxian teacher and Shifang teacher, then find out the main factors influences teachers'happiness, and based on this, the article give some advices to improve their happiness.This article consists of four parts:The first part indicates the reason why selecting this subject, analyzes the current study of this field and introduces the design of research.The second part presents the results of the study, including questionnaire results and interview results. We find that the happiness of rural primary school teachers is not optimistic both in Maoxian and Shifang, but comparatively, Maoxian teachers can gain more happiness form work, income, life and society than Shifang teachers. Over the past decade, state attaches importance to education in ethnic areas, the rural education in Qiang areas has well development.The third section tries to find out why Maoxian and Shifang teachers have different felling of happiness, then want to summarize the factors which affect happiness. To a certain extent the happiness of Maoxian rural primary school teachers is higher than that of Shifang rural primary school teachers which affected by the work, income, interpersonal relationships, family support, spirituality, physical condition, ethnic composition, career motivation, professional development. The main factors which affecting happiness summary from subjective and objective aspects.The forth part based on the above analysis, tries to give some advices to enhance happiness of rural primary school teachers from the community, schools and teachers themselves. The Government needs to promote the development of rural education in Qiang and Han areas at the same time. The community needs to keep calmly to teaching profession. Schools should implement the national management, and emphasis on teacher professional development. Teachers must have high career aspirations, studying hard and adjust themselves.
